We are gearing up for the 2026 Season! There is some key information you need to know!
Stack Team App
All members must be signed up to the Stack Team App for the 2026 season. Stack is the central hub for all Wollemi FC communication. You can download from the App store on your phone.

Follow these steps to join our app:
- Scan the QR code below & download Stack Team App or visit www.teamapp.com.
- Sign up to Stack Team App and log in to your account.
- Search for 'WollemiFC' and request to join.
Registration
Registrations open 2 January 2026 and close 31 January 2026.
If this link does not work, google Play Football, click on re-registering or new to football and type in Wollemi FC.
Registrations will close midnight 31 January 2026. Team formation will take place after 31 January and will follow the WFC Team Formation Policy (found on Stack Team App).
When you register, you will need to upload a recent photo, taken within the last 6 months. Photos must be passport style with a plain background, basically a head & shoulders shot against a plain wall!
All players, coaches, managers, team marshals and committee members must be registered on Play Football.

Fees

Each season the Club reviews the fees to ensure playing for Wollemi FC is as accessible as possible. We have made a slight adjustment to previous season fees. If you have any concerns in relation to the fees, please contact us at info@wollemifc.com.au we will work with you to make registration possible for your child/children
New Players 2026 Season: ID Checks & Registration Support
If you/your child has not played for Wollemi FC before, you will need to attend Wollemi College on Friday 23 January, 11:30am–1:00pm or Saturday 24 January, 9:00am–11:00am. Please bring photo ID and proof of age of your child. Your registration to play in 2026 is not finalised until you attend one of these sessions.
For All Players, Guardians, Coaches and Managers for 2026 Season
Saturday 14 February 2026, 10:00am–12:00pm
YOUR REGISTRATION TO PLAY IN THE 2026 SEASON IS NOT FINALISED UNTIL YOU ATTEND THIS SESSION.
This will also be our season launch and include the following
- Finalisation and publication of Team Lists
- Meet and greet with the Committee
- Coaches and Managers to collect kits
- Allocation of day, time and venue for training- subject to school and PCC approval
- Team Marshall (guide for this role can be found on Stack Team App) for each team finalised- this is a new requirement and registration of each team is subject to a Team Marshall being allocated
- Ground Official (guide for this role can be found on Stack Team App) for every competition finalised – registration of competition teams will only be submitted once a ground official has been nominated.
- All Club Members to vote on new Club constitution and incorporating our club
February Skills & Shooting Sessions
WFC coaches will run skills and shooting sessions over four Saturday mornings in February (7, 14, 21 and 28) from 8:30–9:30am. WFC coaches are encouraged to come along and support the sessions. All ages are welcome.
Coach & Manager Incentive Vouchers
Everyone who completed the Coach/Manager EOI will be sent their discount code before 1 January. Codes will be sent on Stack Team App. Codes can only be used during January.
